Booking Conditions
50% deposit at time of booking (payment to be transferred to our
nominated bank account).
Balance payable upon arrival (EPTPOS/Card facilities are not
available) Cash only.

Check in from 2:30pm.
Check out by 10am.

Bamboo Gardens Farmstay is smokefree - smoking outside only.

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable unless you provide 14 days notice
prior to the date of your arrival.  (The deposit amount may be 
used as a credit for a future stay at Bamboo Gardens Farmstay).

All cancellations will incur a $20 cancellation fee (deducted from
your deposit).

Early departures - as we may have declined others bookings no 
refunds can be made if you leave prior to the specified departure
date.
